Free Tier Users

• Queries: Questions and prompts submitted to chat interface (not stored)
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage)
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information

Paid Tier Users

In addition to above:

• Account Information: Name, email, organization, billing details
• API Usage: API calls, query history, usage metrics
• Payment Information: Processed securely by third-party payment processors

2. How We Use Information

To Provide the Service

• Process your queries and generate AI responses
• Maintain and improve AI models
• Provide customer support
• Send service-related communications

To Improve Our Service

• Analyze usage patterns (anonymized)
• Identify and fix technical issues

3. Data Storage and Retention

Free Tier

• Chat Queries: Not stored after session ends
• Analytics: Aggregate data retained for service improvement
• No Account Data: No personal information collected

Paid Tiers

• Account Data: Retained while subscription active + 90 days after cancellation
• API Logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and support
• Billing Records: Retained per legal requirements (typically 7 years)

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share information:

• Cloud hosting providers (secure infrastructure)
• Payment processors (billing only)
• Analytics services (anonymized data only)

CVG Neuron is trained on data from Clearview Geographic's completed projects:

• Client Privacy: All client-identifiable information removed from training data
• Anonymization: Project data anonymized while preserving methodology
• Your Queries: Free tier queries NOT used for training; paid tiers can opt-in to contribute anonymous queries for model improvement

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
• Encryption at rest for stored data
• Secure API authentication
• Regular security audits
• Access controls and monitoring

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Paid tier users can request copies of their account data and API logs.

Correction and Deletion

You may request correction or deletion of your personal data. Some data may be retained as required by law.

Opt-Out

You can opt-out of:
