Rates (template)
Publish a range publicly and confirm the exact rate in a signed SOW.

Common engagement models (template)
- Hourly (T&M): best for ambiguous scope. Invoiced weekly/biweekly/monthly.
- Fixed project (SOW): defined deliverables + acceptance criteria + milestone payments.
- Retainer: predictable capacity. Includes a set number of hours; overages billed at the hourly rate.
